Allahabad HC: LPG Distributor has No Right to Retain Customers Enrolled for Oil Firms - (12 Aug 2026)

Allahabad High Court held that an LPG distributor has no legitimate expectation to retain customers enrolled on behalf of Oil Marketing Companies. It upheld the 2025 customer-transfer policy, noting distributors cannot challenge agreed terms allowing curtailment of their customer base.
