Delhi HC Orders Removal of Derogatory Online Content Targeting Actress Tabu - (11 Aug 2026)

Delhi High Court directed Meta, Google, X, Reddit, eBay and GoDaddy to remove obscene or pornographic content targeting actress Tabu within 36 hours, citing personality rights, and ordered disclosure of anonymous uploaders’ subscriber and IP details within three weeks.
