Rajasthan HC Takes Suo Motu Notice of Structural Defects After IIT Bombay Warns Dome May Collapse - (11 Aug 2026)

Rajasthan High Court took suo motu cognizance of structural defects in its Jodhpur building after IIT Bombay warned that the 21-metre-high Central Dome was at imminent risk of collapse, posing grave danger to people on the premises.
