Supreme Court: Marking a Document as an Exhibit Does Not Prove its Contents - (10 Aug 2026)

Supreme Court ruled that merely marking a document as an exhibit does not prove its contents. The Court held that even prima facie relevant documents must be proved as required by law, and their admissibility cannot ordinarily be decided solely because they were exhibited.
