Bombay HC: Questioning Other Varsities' Degrees Could Cause 'Anarchy and Chaos' in Education System - (10 Aug 2026)

Bombay High Court held that allowing one educational institution to question degrees conferred by another would cause “anarchy and chaos” in the education system, while quashing Shivaji University’s refusal to approve a professor’s appointment based on his Rajasthan university PhD.
