Bombay High Court Directs BCI to Scrutinise and Clear Pending Law College Affiliation Approvals - (10 Aug 2026)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court directed the BCI to scrutinize and process four law colleges’ pending approval applications and grant approvals, if compliant, by August 6, 2026. It also directed the Directorate of Higher Education, Pune, to verify the approvals and include the colleges in its list.
