Rajasthan HC: Funds Collected From an Illegal Toll Plaza Must Be Used For Tree Plantation - (06 Aug 2026)

CIVIL

Rajasthan HC has directed the Project Director of the Rajasthan State Highways Authority to decide within three months a plea seeking relocation of an allegedly illegal toll plaza. It also ordered that toll collections be preserved and considered for funding tree plantation in nearby public areas.
