Kerala HC: Online Publication of Interim Orders is Not Valid Service for Contempt Proceedings - (05 Aug 2026)

CIVIL

Kerala High Court held that uploading an interim order online does not amount to legal service on parties. It also directed that all judicial orders, including interim directions, should preferably be uploaded on the same day they are pronounced.
