Kerala HC Revives Recognition Granted to the Chess Association Kerala - (31 Jul 2026)

Kerala High Court set aside the Kerala State Sports Council's decision to withdraw the Chess Association Kerala's recognition, holding that the association was denied a fair hearing as it was not given the complaints and supporting documents before the decision was taken.
