Supreme Court Dismisses Lokpal's Plea Against Delhi HC Order Quashing Probe into Defence Secretary - (30 Jul 2026)

CIVIL

SC refused to entertain the Lokpal's plea against the Delhi High Court's order quashing a CBI preliminary enquiry into alleged irregularities in National Productivity Council promotions. The High Court held that public servants must be heard before action under Section 20(3) of the Lokpal Act.
