Kerala High Court Directs Stronger Audit and Financial Oversight in Guruvayur Devaswom - (30 Jul 2026)

Kerala High Court directed the Guruvayur Devaswom Managing Committee to ensure audits are conducted in strict compliance with the Guruvayur Devaswom Act. The Court also ordered immediate corrective measures after identifying deficiencies in the concurrent audit mechanism under the Act.
