Karnataka HC Upholds RTO's Power to Cancel Registration Secured by False Documents - (30 Jul 2026)

Karnataka High Court set aside a Single Judge's order quashing the seizure of a Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 allegedly registered using fabricated documents to evade tax. It held that the registration was fraudulent and the transport authorities acted within their statutory powers.
