Karnataka HC: Bengaluru-Mysuru Corridor Could be Biggest Scam, Farmers Deprived of Land - (30 Jul 2026)

LAND ACQUISITION

Karnataka High Court said the Bengaluru-Mysuru Infrastructure Corridor Project may be “one of the biggest scams” in the State while dismissing appeals by NICE and KIADB. It upheld the quashing of land acquisition, citing the failure to determine compensation for over two decades.
