Delhi High Court: Copyright Owners and ISPs Cannot Unilaterally Declare a Website 'Rogue' - (28 Jul 2026)

Delhi High Court held that neither copyright owners nor internet intermediaries can unilaterally declare a website a "rogue website" for blocking. While right holders need not approach the Court each time a piracy site resurfaces under a new domain, the final determination must rest with the Court.
