Bombay HC Quashes Wakf Property Mutation as Enemy Property, Mandates Due Process - (27 Jul 2026)

Bom HC quashed orders directing Wakf properties to be mutated as enemy property, holding that such action requires a prior inquiry, determination of jurisdictional facts, and a hearing for affected parties, and that Sec 22A of Enemy Property Act cannot override High Court orders under Article 226.
