SC Orders NBCC to Inspect Supertech’s Towers in Noida - (28 Jul 2016)

SC has ordered National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) to inspect and submit a report on real estate major Supertech’s Emerald Towers whether the two 40-storey buildings were built in green area in violation of the sanctioned plan.
