Punjab & Haryana HC Calls For Wisdom Amid Lawyers' Strike over LADCS - (21 Jul 2026)

While considering a petition over the indefinite lawyers' strike against the Legal Aid Defence Counsel System (LADCS), the Punjab & Haryana High Court said it hoped wiser heads would prevail, as the ongoing protest was hindering access to justice for litigants.
