Delhi HC Rejects Private Schools’ Review Plea over Fee Hike - (28 Jul 2016)

Delhi HC has rejected review petition against its earlier order that no private unaided school allotted land by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) shall raise fee without prior sanction of the Education Department.
