MP HC: Timely Coordination Between Police, Banks and Telecom Bodies is Crucial in Cyber Fraud - (15 Jul 2026)

CYBER LAWS

Madhya Pradesh HC observed that cyber fraud investigations demand immediate and coordinated action, as delays can undermine recovery efforts. To strengthen the investigation process, it directed the inclusion of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the RBI and the Department of Telecommunications.
