SC: Rejection of Section 16 Application by Arbitral Tribunal Not Challengeable under Article 227 - (15 Jul 2026)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court held that a High Court cannot exercise its supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 to interfere with an arbitral tribunal's order rejecting a Section 16 application challenging the tribunal's jurisdiction under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
