Punjab and Haryana HC Rules, Adopted Child Can Get Compassionate Job - (27 Jul 2016)

Punjab and Haryana HC has ruled that an adopted child is eligible for job on compassionate grounds even if the adoption is done by the mother after the death of her husband.
