Allahabad High Court: Strict Proof of Marriage is Unnecessary if Couple Lived as Husband and Wife - (13 Jul 2026)

Allahabad High Court held that strict proof of a valid marriage is not necessary to claim maintenance under Section 125 CrPC if a man and woman have lived together as husband and wife and their relationship is otherwise established.
