Delhi HC: Education Department Cannot Restrict Recruitment in Aided Minority Schools - (06 Jul 2026)

SERVICE

Delhi High Court held that the Directorate of Education’s regulatory powers over aided minority institutions are limited to prescribing qualifications and experience for teaching and non-teaching staff. It ruled that the DoE cannot impose additional restrictions on recruitment beyond this scope.
