P&H HC: Dressing Pet Dog as Lord Krishna Out of Devotion is Not Offence and Does Not Hurt Sentiments - (06 Jul 2026)

CRIMINAL

P&H HC observed that dressing the pet dog as Lord Krishna and sharing the photo on WhatsApp neither desecrated a sacred object nor showed any intent to insult religion. It held the accused, who treated the dog as her child after remaining childless for six years, acted out of love, not malice.
