Bombay HC: Horse-Trading Rampant in Maharashtra, FIRs 'Washed' After Switching Sides - (03 Jul 2026)

CRIMINAL

Bombay HC remarked that "horse trading" was rampant in Maharashtra and politicians could get criminal cases closed by joining the ruling party's "washing machine." The observation came while hearing an SDPI leader's plea challenging his externment over protests against the Centre and the BJP.
