Chhattisgarh HC: Judicial Officer Promotion Cannot be Denied on Complaint Without Disciplinary Action - (02 Jul 2026)

Chhattisgarh High Court held that promotion cannot be denied based on a complaint that did not lead to inquiry or adverse findings. It ruled that once the employee is later found fit on the same record, they cannot be denied consequential seniority and promotional benefits.
