Delhi High Court: January 1 as Deemed Service Date For Delhi and Andaman Civil and Police Officers - (02 Jul 2026)

SERVICE

Delhi High Court directed that until fresh rules are framed, January 1 of the year following the examination shall be treated as the crucial date for determining “approved service” of DANIPS and DANICS officers, while deciding Union Government challenges to CAT orders.
