Madhya Pradesh High Court: BSF Must Assess Criminal Charge Gravity Before Declaring Candidate Unfit - (30 Jun 2026)

DEFENCE

Madhya Pradesh High Court set aside a Single Judge’s order upholding the termination of a BSF constable, holding that the Border Security Force must assess the nature and gravity of the alleged offence before declaring a candidate permanently unfit for service, rather than doing so mechanically.
