MP High Court Grants Bail To Tehelka Journalist, Noting Implication After Exposing Foeticide Racket - (29 Jun 2026)

Madhya Pradesh High Court granted bail to a Tehelka Digital News journalist accused of extortion, abetment and conspiracy, observing that the FIR was lodged only after he exposed a female foeticide racket and shared sting operation videos with senior officials.
