Supreme Court: Parents’ Loss Cannot Be Measured With Arithmetical Precision - (25 Jun 2026)

MOTOR VEHICLES

SC has observed that compensation for the death of child in a motor accident cannot be determined through exact mathematical calculations, emphasizing that the emotional and personal loss suffered by parents is immeasurable and cannot be assessed with arithmetical precision under Motor Vehicles Act.
