Supreme Court: Registered Sale Deed Remains Valid Despite Minor Attestation Discrepancies - (25 Jun 2026)

Supreme Court held that a registered sale deed carries a statutory presumption of validity, and a minor discrepancy in the testimony of an attesting witness, by itself, is insufficient to cast doubt on the proper execution or authenticity of the sale deed.
