Supreme Court: Courts Cannot Compel Plaintiffs to Accept Compensation Instead of Injunctions - (23 Jun 2026)

Supreme Court held that an appellate court cannot grant relief beyond the pleadings and, after setting aside a decree, cannot remand a case to the executing court to decide issues that do not arise from any surviving decree.
