Delhi HC: Better Possessory Title Holder Can Recover Property From Occupant Without Superior Right - (19 Jun 2026)

Delhi High Court held that a plaintiff with a better possessory title can recover property from an occupant who cannot establish a superior legal right. The court reiterated that possession is valid against all others except a person with a stronger claim to possession.
