Bombay HC: ICC Cannot Hear Sexual Harassment Complaint over Non-Employer Transport Incident - (18 Jun 2026)

Bombay High Court has ruled that an alleged act of sexual harassment occurring in a transport mode not provided by the employer does not fall under the POSH Act and quashed proceedings against a banker accused of inappropriately touching a woman in a shared autorickshaw while commuting to work.
