AP HP Criticized Authorities and Ordered Removal of an Ex-Serviceman’s Land From the Prohibited List - (17 Jun 2026)

Andhra Pradesh High Court criticized revenue authorities for using an “arm-twisting” approach to deny and delay relief to an 80-year-old ex-serviceman, and directed them to remove his land from the prohibited properties list and extend all consequential benefits within two months.
