Supreme Court: Curable Irregularity in Appointments Cannot Nullify Entire Recruitment Process - (16 Jun 2026)

Supreme Court held that a procedural defect at the final stage of recruitment cannot by itself invalidate appointments made through an otherwise fair and transparent process, and directed a Haryana cooperative society to reconsider the cases of seven employees who have served for over a decade.
