SC: Constructive Res Judicata Applies to Grounds Omitted Through Negligence or Inadvertence - (15 Jun 2026)

Supreme Court reiterated that constructive res judicata bars parties from raising in later proceedings grounds that ought to have been raised earlier, holding that omissions due to negligence, inadvertence, or accident do not exempt them from the doctrine's application.
