Bombay High Court: Traditional Families Often Hesitate to Report Sexual Offences - (15 Jun 2026)

Bombay High Court observed that families in traditional societies may hesitate to report sexual offences, noting this while refusing to quash a sexual assault case, and held that such cases should not be dismissed solely due to delay unless it is shown to be malicious or vindictive.
