Madras HC: Recent Tamil Nadu Elections Reflect Voting Beyond Caste and Community Considerations - (12 Jun 2026)

ELECTION

Madras High Court observed that Tamil Nadu can achieve true social change only when caste is eradicated from people's minds, noting that recent Assembly election results showed voters can be persuaded to exercise their franchise without being influenced by caste or community considerations.
