Delhi HC: Social Media Cannot Undermine Judiciary; Intermediaries Must Act Without Court Orders - (11 Jun 2026)

Delhi High Court holds that while social media enables instant information flow, it cannot be used to undermine judicial institutions or malign judges, noting that free speech does not extend to scandalising courts, eroding public confidence, or obstructing justice delivery.
