Bom HC Directs No Coercive Action Against Anil Ambani under Black Money Act in Rs 420 Crore Tax Case - (11 Jun 2026)

Bombay High Court has directed the Income Tax Department not to take any coercive action against industrialist Anil Ambani under the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 in connection with alleged tax evasion of Rs.420 crore.
