Bombay HC: Court-Directed Disclosure Prevails over Confidentiality Clause in Agreement - (11 Jun 2026)

ARBITRATION

Bombay High Court holds confidentiality clauses cannot override court-ordered disclosure, especially in breach of non-compete disputes, and sets aside an arbitral tribunal’s Section 17 order that had excused Xcalibur Multiphysics from sharing Bhutan government contract and related documents.
