MP High Court: Revoking Building Permission Without Fraud Proof Violates Right to Property - (05 Jun 2026)

Madhya Pradesh High Court quashed Indore Municipal Corporation’s revocation of building permission and demolition order, holding that validly granted permissions cannot be withdrawn after substantial construction without proof of fraud, as it violates the right to property under Article 300A.
