Supreme Court Has Released Draft Regulations on AI Use in the Judiciary and Invited Public Feedback - (05 Jun 2026)

SC has released draft regulations to govern AI use in Indian courts and invited public feedback by June 20, 2026. Prepared by the AI Committee, the framework promotes responsible AI adoption based on human primacy, transparency, accountability, data protection and judicial independence.
