SC: Menstrual Hygiene Right Requires Effective Ground-Level Implementation Nationwide - (04 Jun 2026)

CONSTITUTION

Supreme Court directed the Union and States to ensure effective implementation of menstrual hygiene measures in schools, stressing that the Article 21 right must be meaningful, workable, and not remain merely declaratory
