Delhi HC: Plaintiff Can Obtain a Refund of Court Fees After an IBC Resolution Plan “Settlement” - (03 Jun 2026)

INSOLVENCY

Delhi High Court ruled that a plaintiff who withdraws a civil suit after receiving dues under an insolvency resolution plan is entitled to a full refund of court fees, treating such resolution as a “settlement” under the Court Fees Act.
