Kerala HC Directs Family Courts to Follow Calcutta HC Custody Guidelines Till State Rules Framed - (02 Jun 2026)

Kerala High Court has directed all Family Courts in the State to follow the Calcutta High Court’s guidelines on child custody and parenting plans until Kerala frames its own specific rules, while disposing of a habeas corpus petition.
