Delhi High Court Lays Down Guidelines to Mask Personal Details in Orders under Right to be Forgotten - (01 Jun 2026)

Delhi High Court recognised the right to be forgotten as part of the fundamental right to privacy under Article 21, holding that individuals may seek removal or masking of personal details from online court records where continued access harms privacy, dignity, or reputation.
