Supreme Court: Succession Law Applies, Not Primogeniture, to Ex-Royal’s Private Estate Inheritance - (29 May 2026)

Supreme Court held that the rule of primogeniture, under which only the eldest male heir inherits, does not govern succession to the private properties of former rulers, and such properties will devolve according to applicable personal succession laws.
