Supreme Court: Second Bail Order Must Record Changed Circumstances or Fresh Grounds - (26 May 2026)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court observed that if an earlier bail plea has been rejected, a court hearing a subsequent bail application must record fresh grounds or changed circumstances; otherwise, the bail order may be liable to interference.
